1. Agreement
By accessing https://sigigo.com or using Sigigo services, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you use Sigigo on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Enterprise customers are also governed by an order form, master services agreement, or similar contract where executed. If there is a conflict, the executed agreement prevails for paid services.
2. Services
Sigigo provides evidence infrastructure — software and APIs that help organizations capture, store, and verify cryptographically signed audit records for applications, AI systems, and automated workflows.
Sigigo is not a law firm, notified body, conformity assessment body, or certification provider. We do not classify your systems under the EU AI Act or determine your legal obligations. Our services support your compliance program; they do not replace legal counsel, DPIAs, FRIAs, or conformity assessment.
3. Accounts and access
You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized access.
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, security risk, non-payment, or as required by law.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the services for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
- Attempt to probe, scan, or compromise the integrity or security of our systems without authorization.
- Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the services except as permitted in writing.
- Submit malware, unlawful content, or data you do not have rights to process.
- Misrepresent Sigigo certifications, regulatory approvals, or third-party attestations we have not published.
5. Customer data
You retain ownership of data you submit to Sigigo. You grant Sigigo a limited license to host, process, and transmit that data solely to provide and improve the services, subject to your configuration and applicable agreement.
You are responsible for having a lawful basis to process personal data you submit and for providing required notices to data subjects.
6. Intellectual property
Sigigo and its licensors own the services, documentation, trademarks, and site content except for your data and materials you provide. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.
7. Evaluation and beta features
Preview, beta, or evaluation features may be offered as-is, may change without notice, and may not meet production SLAs. Do not rely on beta features for regulated production workloads without a written agreement.
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES AND WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. SIGIGO DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT EXCEPT WHERE DISCLAIMERS ARE PROHIBITED.
Sigigo does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation or that evidence records alone satisfy any specific regulatory requirement without your broader compliance program.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIGIGO WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA.
SIGIGO'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO SIGIGO IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD $100), EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW.
10. Indemnification
You will indemnify Sigigo against third-party claims arising from your data, your use of the services in violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law, except to the extent caused by Sigigo's gross negligence or willful misconduct.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence apply.
Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless we agree otherwise in writing. EU business customers may have additional mandatory rights under local law.
